LOAN REQUEST POLICY

A loan request submitted through our Site is not a formal loan application, pre-qualification, or credit approval.

Loan requests are used to match consumers with lenders and other related service providers (“Service Providers”).

We do not make underwriting or credit decisions. Final terms, eligibility, and approval remain solely with the Service Providers.

By submitting a loan request, you authorize us to share your information with matching Service Providers, who may contact you directly.


CREDIT CHECK AND FCRA COMPLIANCE

By submitting your information, you provide express written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) for NEA Home Loans and matched Service Providers to obtain your consumer credit profile from credit bureaus. This information may be used to evaluate you for credit and related services.


NO ENDORSEMENTS

We strive to work only with reputable Service Providers, but we do not endorse, guarantee, or recommend any specific lender or product. Consumers should perform their own due diligence.


ELECTRONIC CONSENT (E-CONSENT)
